- SSSarahNov 4, 20251.0I still had black widows after 6 months of treatment & when I called to let them know all they worried about was my bill. They were very stuck up and rude. They lost a customer not because of money but because of the quality of service. Specifically, Corey and Andrea were not helpful in solving any issues. I ended up killing the spider with $5 hot spot spider spray. **If they were more concerned about the business by retaining their customers instead of being passive aggressive and condescending then I would still be willing to be a customer. Just the fact that they point out that they spent 20 mins with a customer is a problem. When your working with customers, you’re not doing anyone a favor. It is YOUR job that YOU are getting paid for. This may just be a company culture that doesn’t align with me.

We had a pretty bad infestation of wasps indoors/outdoors. He was very helpful and even worked around the buildings hectic schedule of being a church and daycare. Will definitely invite back when we have inevitable problems of pests !
