He explained the continuous problems in our yard could be explained by the unusual weather conditions Green Country has experienced since spring of 2025. Justin suggested substituting the type of bait used as well as treating for grubs around the two primary trees; also increasing treatment to twice a month. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, and personable.

On the initial appointment a very professional gentleman came out and educated us on what all they would be doing, perks/explanations of the whole process, gave us sticky pads to place around the house to monitor the process and used a multifaceted approach. He also let us know how long it would realistically take to stay on top of a minor issue. Since then, everyone that’s came out has been thorough, polite and well trained. Making or changing an appointment has always been easy and we’ve never had a long wait time before they can come out when we’ve rescheduled. I once saw a bug and called him after he came the week before and they were apt to get me scheduled the very next day at no additional fee despite it being a drive. They do a much better job than a previous large chain company we used prior and much more affordable for 100% better service.
