Ordered cabinets for an investment property with consultation from the ProDesk. After waiting weeks for delivery, they delivered the wrong cabinets. Have been trying to get Lowes Pro Desk to make it right for about a week now, and cannot get them to do anything. Will not answer phones. Just answer and put me on hold. I have been to the location in person to talk to their cabinet guy twice. He says he'll call me with an update later, and the update never comes, and he forwards my calls to voicemail. All this delay is costing me money as I obviously cannot rent out the house with no kitchen.

I've been going go lowes for a long time and I can't tell you about how many times they don't have their items together properly, there is nobody to help you in hardware or electrical either. Its just people who stock the shelves. I've wasted so many trips just for nuts and bolts alone. They rarely have the nut to fit even the bolts they sell there! I am never going back again. I left a 2 star just to be polite. You've lost my business for the rest of your existence. Going to the depot from now on. At least they've had their matching parts in stock most of the time and people to talk with that can help and not high school students stocking shelves that don't know anything about the products. Lowes is pathetic.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
