    Ordered these three items on November 27th on sale, original deliver date was Dec 11th. “Delayed” a few times, earlier this week scheduled for tomorrow delivery, and now the order is cancelled. I had other opportunities to buy these items if they’d been more transparent, but I don’t like being led on with clearance sales when it’s an inventory management decision at my expense. Historically I use Lowe’s because the app keeps great records and is easier to use than others, but dependability is the most important factor to me. I don’t like being manipulated and misled in Lowe’s desire for inventory management flexibility. I will be using Harbor Freight & Home Depot going forward. Be wary of online/app purchases. If it’s not pick-up today then avoid and buy elsewhere.

    An older gentleman named Roger stopped what he was doing in the paint aisle and helped me out in appliances. Very impressed by his desire to help others and his helpful and respectful demeanor.

    Shitty customer service had an install threw them for a washer and dryer the didn’t have right cord when they got here so I had to wait over the weekend for them to just leave it at my door? Where is the hook up? Over an hour on the phone and I’m still going to have to do it myself WOW!
