Went to the paint booth and there was not an associate in sight so I went to the self check register where I found 2 associates talking and ask if there was anyone that could mix paint. The associate was rude and seemed put out by my question. He went over and pushed a button that pages out that someone needs help in the paint booth and then rushed out. After more than 15 overhead pages that we needed help in paint still nobody showed up. Keeping in mind that the store wasn’t at all busy, very few customers. My husband walked around and still couldn’t find anyone to help. After what seemed like an hour we left and went next door to Home Depot where there was actually someone in their paint booth ready to help. We will no longer give Lowe’s our business but go to Home Depot where they actually care about good customer service. Zero stars was not an option or that’s what Lowe’s would have got.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
