I usually always get my appliances from Lowes. They deliver, install, and test. The delivery men, personnel are knowledgeable and quick. Always polite and on time. This particular time I got a new range and NO instructions. My new range has additional amenities im not sure how to work.

Always have what I need. If I can't find it there is always a friendly associate available to assist me in finding what I need. Cashiers are fast, friendly and professional. My go to store. Would highly recommend Lowes for all your outdoor needs

Customer service at the return area wasn’t helpful at all. The employee was so rude to my mom who isn’t tech savvy with self-checkout. Som people aren’t use to self checkout just be patient and kind, no need for an attitude

Went into this Lowe’s to buy a gallon of paint and some paint brushes. Got to the store at 5:20pm on October 20 2025 picked out the paint and a color to mix it with. Went to the paint booth and there was not an associate in sight so I went to the self check register where I found 2 associates talking and ask if there was anyone that could mix paint. The associate was rude and seemed put out by my question. He went over and pushed a button that pages out that someone needs help in the paint booth and then rushed out. After more than 15 overhead pages that we needed help in paint still nobody showed up. Keeping in mind that the store wasn’t at all busy, very few customers. My husband walked around and still couldn’t find anyone to help. After what seemed like an hour we left and went next door to Home Depot where there was actually someone in their paint booth ready to help. We will no longer give Lowe’s our business but go to Home Depot where they actually care about good customer service. Zero stars was not an option or that’s what Lowe’s would have got.
