    Very disappointed with the quality of disrespect their management showed me. After spending close to $250,000 in their store in the last 3 years, I hardly return anything. They never told me when I exchanged a hot water heater for a more expensive model that I only had 48 hrs to bring back the 1st one. I did return it within 30 days. But they would not take it. I asked them to do me a favor for how loyal of a customer I am, and they threw me out of the store and told me to haul the heavy unit out by myself. I am handicapped and pointed to my truck parked in the handicapped space right in front and still they did not want to call anyone to help me out with it. They have forever lost my business and my trust. They embarrassed me for being handicapped and made me feel completely unvalued as a loyal customer. I will not refer anyone to do business at Lowes. Their no longer 30 day but only 48 hour return policy is a scam. Not accepting returns at the same time as what your exchanging it for is a disservice to customers like me who could not get help returning for several weeks. If this is how they treat me, how do they treat other people in their 60s, 70s and 80s?!

    It's hard to get help. When I do find someone they tell me they're the wrong vest or it's not my department. Then you have to wait for someone else to come help just to find out they don't know either

    I am a regular customer at Lowe's. My house is 90 years old so something always needs to be done. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Bonus, I can take my well mannered dog to shop there. He gets attention and treats. I am so grateful that they allow him to visit. More stores should have this policy!!

    Truck and delivery drivers, this place is a nightmare to get in and out of. They are using all of the truck area as storage. It is very difficult to get in and out of this place.
