    After spending an hour this morning on the phone with the Lowe’s Pro customer service they informed me I would need to go in store to convert a quote to an order due to an online error. After 20 minutes of discussing it with the pro desk member, i asked to speak with a manager as she was being dismissive and saying she couldn’t honor the quote. This Lowe’s Refused to honor the pro quote and pricing, Tim Cook, the manager, refused to come discuss the quote. He just dismissed the situation with little to no information through a phone call with the desk member. Would greatly appreciate it if the store manager that cared would pick up the phone and give me a call.

    It's a real disgrace the service of this place I was waiting more than two hours for a material and the manager never arrived so that he will open the gate where they have the materials in the back one does not have plenty of time to be waiting so long they should be more organized for a better service such managers if not they are going to be there to help better that they stay asleep and that they give the opportunity to work to another person who does it well

    Bought a refrigerator from Lowe’s and paid for delivery, install, and recycling the old refrigerator. They told my disabled sister that they couldn’t get the old one out of the house because the screws for the doors were stripped. So they left the old one in the middle of her tiny kitchen to try and maneuver around. We went out and removed the screws with no problems. Nothing was stripped. We called Lowe’s to get them to come out and remove the appliance and get a refund for the work we had to do ourselves. They just wanted to argue and then wanted to say that they didn’t remove the old appliance because it was still hooked up when they got there. But that fact didn’t stop them from hooking the new refrigerator up. Explain that to me. The delivery drivers lied to their supervisors about the reasoning why they couldn’t remove the frig. So save yourself some money and don’t worry about getting your appliances from Lowe’s if you need it to be installed and the old one removed from your home. You will get nothing but headaches and 2 refrigerators in your kitchen. Oh and if you try to leave a bad review on their survey after the first zero you get the “that is all the feedback we need” message.

    I called the store today because I purchased my washer and dryer from Lowe’s recently and realized I did not receive the tool to change the orientation of the door. After being put on hold four times by four different people. I was left on hold for 14 minutes. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that managers have meetings on Mondays and he did not think they would pick up. I asked him to please try. Just as he stated, the phone rang and rang and no one picked up. When it rang back to customer service the gentleman apologized, and said managers are not going to pick up if they’re in a meeting. I asked him what they do if a customer is in the store that needs a manager and he said, we let them know they aren’t available. As a retail manager myself, I find this very appalling. How can you support your customers and your team if you put a Monday meeting above them? I can only imagine that several team members do not feel supported as well as customers. Thankfully, The Home Depot was able to help me with my situation and I will be taking my business there from now on. I cannot support a company that would do this to not only their customers, but to their team. It’s very disappointing.
