    Terrible service every visit and the saw seems to be down every time I go to buy wood and need it cut. Seems more like the employees don’t want to do anything

    As someone who works in a similar environment, it was wild to me to be brushed off when asking questions. I was approached when looking at a stove top today and I asked a question, the woman I spoke to received a message on her hand held. She kept trying to respond to the person then tried answering me incorrectly. She instead wanted to show me where they were located in the store thinking that is what I wanted but that is not what I asked. When I declined and said I wanted to order online because I live out of the area, she said “alrighty then” and walked away and didn’t even answer my questions. I am pretty sure her job is not commission based but she left me feeling like I was a waste of her time so I left the store.

    Normal expectations met for inventory and supplies for Lowe’s. The check out wait time, especially on the Pro side, is always slow. If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the Lowe’s to come to.

    Customers service is and was very helpful. I can't commit Too much on my 1st trip didn't go as it should have. Thankful Customer service made the difference in saving this store for a bad review.

    On 10-22 around 630-7pm or so, I spent 30 mins waiting for someone to unlock cages for a Dewalt reciprocating saw. Asked multiple "employees" and never did get anyone to come and unlock. The only person that seemed to be doing any work was the girl at the register near the tools, who tried to page someone a few times. Everyone else asked either ignored or walked off and never returned. There was a guy moving carts? that seemed annoyed to be asked(who also was blocking the aisle in the lot when I had pulled in earlier and took an inordinate amount of time to clear) At least 2 other customers were standing around waiting for the same thing in the area. Even the alarm went off on one of the tools and timed out. No one turned it off. It timed out. I finally tried yelling for help. Still nothing. I won't be back. HORRIBLE CUST0MER SERVICE!!! Spending time and money to come look at tools? Why even sell anything if all of it is inaccessible? Just shut down
