Kenny from hardware is awesome! He literally went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my project and explained my options if one didn't work. He covered all the bases and was very helpful!

I spend more than 100k plus at lowe's on LAR each year and I can tell you that the manager named Tracey at this place is absolutely awful. She will be the reason that I close the account. It's every time there's an issue whe is the most unhelpful individual and creates more problems.

CHARGING MORE THAN THE STICKER PRICE AND A PAIN TO FIX THE PRICE Over the years the experience has been nothing unusual. However, my last visit was fraught with poor service. When ringing up my item I was overcharged. Pointing this out to the self checkout clerk, I was told to take a picture of the price to show the clerk. Considering that the shop is the one that is charging the wrong price, why is the burden on the client to correct their error… 🤷🏿‍♂️? After returning to the aisle and taking pictures I found a checkout with actual clerks. Again, the clerk asked for photographic proof, which I had. Two clerks placed the burden of proof on me, so apparently placing the burden and leg work on the customers to fix the company’s error is a store policy and not just a problem with one clerk. An employee was made aware of their pricing issue and their overcharging of customers and no employee took action to correct their price error that is ripping off the customers and causing a lot of hassle and inconvenience for the customers that notice the error and want the price corrected. This is bad customer service, where they compound their own mistake with their placing the burden of correction on the client and then doing nothing to fix their error, so the problem is replicated over and over again.

I want to say a big “thank you” to Justin, Christy, and Tracy at the Lowe’s store on Olympia Streetin Tulsa, OK, for making my online order correction and helped me with getting a resolve. They were all SO kind and helpful. They were willing to listen to my issue and get a to a solution with no hassle. I really appreciated their professionalism and their kindness to me as a person and as a customer. I am very appreciative and highly recommend this store to anyone. One was a Manager, one was in customer service, and one was in the delivery department. Each one of them were so helpful and gracious. You can’t go wrong in making a purchase from this store.
