All of the employees were having a staff meeting and really getting into there jobs this morning when we arrived. Then we needed help in several different areas of the store, all ofnthe staff were knowledgeable about there areas and helped us get everything we needed.

I went in for a 10$ tub drain. Lowe's didn't have a 1.5 inch in stock so the employee recommended i get a new tub. They never have parts, the old knowledgeable staff is gone and now its grifters. i found home depot had 167 in stock and picked up my 10$ part instead of the upsell at Lowe's

Self checkout is a joke. Almost 8 kiosks not working and customers just waiting on a worker to assist. Literally only one real register open. Won’t ever come back here when there’s Home Depot around.

I had a job in tulsa. I went to my usual store in okc the Saturday before my job and ordered the material to be delivered to the job site on Tuesday. I head to tulsa Tuesday morning. On the drive to tulsa I get a text saying my delivery had been postponed to Wednesday because they didnt have a truck driver. I went to the store that the product was being delivered out of to get a few of my items to get the job going. Kenneth from the pro department helped us and went out of his way to get us stuff to get the job started. Wednesday morning rolls around my order still said being prepared on the app. So I call the delivering store in tulsa get sent to a few departments before getting sent to an asm. I tell ask the asm if they have a delivery driver today. The asm which name was Tim puts me on hold for a long time then I finally hang up. Did the same thing again and the exact thing happened again get sent to a few departments asm tim puts me on hold for a long time then I hang up. So I rent a box truck head to that store so I can just pick up the rest of my materials. When I got to the store Kenneth went out of his way to help me again he called two asm and neither one would come to pro to talk to me. A head cashier by the name of Nausue ended up getting people get us loaded up. This stores employees seem to want to help but the management in the store does not want to do anything. This ended up costing me time and money. I also added pictures of just one aisle that I went down.
