However, my experience this past Saturday was a complete embarrassment to the store’s reputation. The man at the front desk looked like he had just rolled out of bed and couldn’t be bothered to do his job. When I brought in the parts I needed and asked for assistance, he didn’t even attempt basic customer service — instead, he dismissively told me to “go find them myself on the wall.” That’s not just lazy — it’s disrespectful. For a business that gladly takes my money on a regular basis, you would think customer service would come standard. Apparently not. With as much as I’ve spent here over time, being treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer was enough to make my decision easy: I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure others know that Leslie’s clearly does not value loyal customers.
