He's giving me great tips and tricks, he's once worked with me for over three hours, just to figure out a piece I needed ordered for my pump. this review is really more for him than the store itself. The man runs a tight ship in his shows. I know I can always rely going to this Leslie's for any chemicals or sound advice.

However, there is often a pretty significant wait due to low staff numbers. For most businesses I would deduct a star or two based on that, but their service has been that good. We were first time pool owners when we started coming here, so they have showed us the ropes on all the aspects of pool care.

I watched him make fun of an elderly man who was struggling to relay what he needed for his pool. Then when he finally got around to attempting to help us, he proceeded to mock the size of the pool that I'm helping a family member repair. Seriously? When we expressed some frustration with his attitude, he told us that he didn't care if we never came back because they have more business than they know what to do with. Hopefully, that will change. Buy your parts on the web. Leslie's sells the same brand of the components for 3X the price. We just wanted ours quickly. I'll wait a day and give my money to someone who cares about their customers.
