Ruthie Helped me figure out a plan, and the team loaded up my vehicle with the correct chemicals. Since I am a complete novice at taking care of a pool, I had to call them multiple times to get the pool ready for my family to swim in over the holidays. I am very grateful for their outstanding customer service to a customer who is not in their service area.

Delivery was scheduled a few weeks later, and during that time I realized the space we intended to put it on the patio had too much slope. Fiesta came out to look and recommended we build a wooden pallet and gave us a reference for someone to do that, so we did! It has turned out great. Fiesta also recommended Wes for Rapid Electric to do the electric install. I had a little worried that not everything would be ready for the delivery date, but everything came together just in time. We have been enjoying the Spa very much. Fiesta addressed every concern I had, big and small. Really appreciate their personal care.
