I called to have them make the adjustment and they told me they don’t want long time customers and I have to pay the new rate or move out. I asked if I moved out and got a new unit what would the rate be and was told it would be the new customer rate of half the fee. In a world where customer service is a grater need then ever this company doesn’t believe in taking care of their current customers. I would not recommend using this company.

Frustrated I called this storage place up and the lady was super polite and friendly. She was sympathetic with what I was dealing with. She found me a wonderful deal. After I sent things up with her about half hour later the property manager Jason called to confirm everything with me, go over any concerns or questions. He was there the day I went to put things in my locker. He helped me find my locker because I got lost. The place is well lite and clean. Very nice place to use. Highly recommend them. Stay away from. Public storage they are a nightmare.
