Turn around for second without the door closing. 2. THIRD floor elevator lip is busted. Making it harder to push carts in. Carts are plastic wheels and not rubber. Should be an easy fix. 20 mins… and let it dry over night. Or SOMETHING. Screw a metal plate on it??? Maybe?? I simply see it “as my business” and what I can do to make it better. “If this was my storage unit, what would I do here…” is what goes on in my mind.

James, was outstanding, so helpful, so patient, walked me through all the steps, make sure I got the app on my phone correctly, and make sure I knew how to work the lock on the units in the climate control section, and those locks are so simple and fascinating.
