Extremely poor customer service, employees lie to customers dragging out projects for months with no end in sight. Every day is a new lie and a new problem. Avoid this store for your own mental health.

The minute I complete the online transaction and pay for the window the pick up date changes to 0ctober 9th 2.5weeks out. Okay not so great but it is what it is. Don't hear anything, I call the store on Oct 10th. No window, they give me the P.O. number and number of window manufacturer, so I call them. They assure me its on a truck and will be at Lowes in tahlequah on 10/15. Ive spent 2 days calling Lowe's, spent hours on hold. Lowe's doesnt have it, doesnt know why not. The window manufacturers tells me its there. So frustrating. I know these things happen but the lack of interest and rudeness over the phone i will not tolerate. ,they obviously dont care about customer service so this customer will go elsewhere. They won't miss my 300$ window. But they will miss my husbands business as he is in construction

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
