- LJLJ JonesDec 11, 20251.0My wife and I bought 2 storm doors, including installation. Nov. 2nd. They ordered the wrong doors and we had to stop the installer who was already 10 days late. They also sent the wrong trim, for the garage storm door, even after the installer did his so called professional install inspection and report at our home. Lowe's now has the new doors in which were reordered, we were then told by the unprofessional, unreliable, and always late installer, they cannot get them installed until 2026, sometime in January. We bought them on the lowes' card then paid the balance in full the first statement. They will not give me my money back, and the store insist on all they can do is give us a lowe's credit. We paid with real American money, not lowe's credit money. I can however cancel the always late, unprofessional and unreliable installer that they use, and we did. So now I will go pick up my doors, hope they are not damaged, and correct. I will install them myself since Lowe's and the, always late, unprofessional, and unreliable installer, are absolutely not worth hiring and yes I will never purchase anything here ever again.
