I was in Lowe’s in Stillwater this morning for a A/C. Russell helped find our unit. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know. Lucas checked us out and again very professional and very kind. This is why I only use Lowe’s for all my home needs!!

Do not waste your time or money with the Lowe’s in Stillwater. I purchased a Dewalt tool set from them before Christmas. One of the tools in the set did not work it was the skillsaw. I took it back to Lowe’s and they said I would have to bring in the receipt. I went back with the receipt and they told me that they don’t replace tools without a extended warranty purchase.
I told them that I never have purchased the warranty in the past and if I purchased it broken that they have always just replaced it.
They tried telling me that they have never replaced tools in the past. I know that’s a lie as I probably spend no less than $10K with Lowe’s every year and have never had this problem with them.
I told the younger girl at the service desk that I guess I would have to start spending my money with Home Depot and she said “good luck the closest one is an hour away”
Who talks to their customers like that? The skinny guy manager was pretty rude as well. I don’t understand how they can even work in retail with that kind of attitude.
I think the employees feel entitled and are just lazy! Do your jobs or find another line of work. I won’t be using Lowe’s after this and I want to make everyone aware that they will no longer back up what they sell.

I purchased a Dewalt 5 tool set for Christmas. The skillsaw don’t work and Lowe’s in Stillwater refuses to replace it. They are trying to tell me that they have never taken returns like that but I have used Lowe’s for 30 years and never had them not guarantee what they sold before. The people working the help desk were rude to me and I will never use Lowe’s again until this is made right! The first time I took it in to be replaced they said I would need the receipt. I went back with the receipt and they told me that they can’t replace it since I didn’t buy the warranty. I thought Lowe’s was in the business of selling products not insurance. I told the girl at the service desk that I will have to start buying from Home Depot instead of Lowe’s and she smarted off and said good luck the closest one is an hour away. What is wrong with people these days? I would never talk to a customer like that when I ran my business. The guy I was dealing with was rude and obviously lazy as well. Do better Lowe’s. You’re not the only place in town I can spend my money with.

I went to Lowe’s yesterday to find a cord and a plug for a generator. All the employees acted like it was a crime that I was asking for help. I asked two different employees about where these items were instead of calling someone over to help they were like aisle 6 or aisle 7. Two employees were standing around talking not even acknowledging me. I had a customer ask me if I needed help. Still didn’t get the right thing that I needed.
