    My wife and I were doing some looking for different items for a house we are trying to purchase. We ran into an assistant manager Russell Potter and accociate Dan. Russell was very knowledgeable about everything we had in question. We asked about paint, flooring and bathroom vanities. Russell and Dan are assists to the Lowe's company. If we ever need more advice we will contact one of them.

    Just a random visit because ponca lowes was out of what we needed. So much nicer and a much quicker check out than ponca. Idk why?

    Bought 3 gallons of paint from them and they mixed one of the 3 in the wrong finish. We noticed after painting that half of our living room was shinier than the other after the paint had dried. Checked the cans and saw their mistake. I took the cans to customer service to let them know what happened and hopefully to get a replacement can in the correct finish. The lady working returns immediately said she couldn’t help me once she saw the paint cans, didn’t even know want to hear why. I told her that Lowe’s has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on paint, I just read it on their website. She got a manager, the manager was even worse than her. They treated me like I was trying to steal from them by trying to get a replacement on a $70 can of paint that was their screw up. I even showed them pictures of our ceiling and how the paint doesn’t match. I was laughed at for trying to return an empty can and told the 30 days satisfaction guarantee didn’t apply because the can was empty and the paint was tinted. The manager kept picking up the empty can and saying you used it, what are you trying to return. I said yes we used it, trust me we wish we hadn’t have spent hours painting using the wrong paint, it wasn’t for fun. He said we should have tested it first, well paint all looks the same when it’s wet and we’ve never had this issue in all my years of buying paint from Lowe’s. I have never been so embarrassed or treated so poorly in a store in my life. This after spending well over a $1000 at this store on new paint and appliances in the last month. I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted a can in the correct finish so I could cover up the wrong paint on my ceiling. This store is in serious need of customer service training! So I drove an hour to another Lowe’s and the manager there was so kind and all to happy to make it right. I will NEVER use Stillwater Lowe’s again.

    So I needed a storm door went to lows picked one out. Sales person talked me in to letting them install. 6 days go but they never contacted me. I call and they said there installation people can't install on a mobile home. Hole week and not a word. I will take my business elsewhere.
