Does anyone actually work here ? There are gobs and gobs of people with Lowe’s name tags on like they work there. But there’s never anyone there that can actually help you. When you do track someone down it’s “not their department” or some other BS excuse. Then if you can actually find someone to help you all they do is look up the item you’re looking for on their phone. Just like I did when I was standing there. Jesus. If yall don’t wanna do your job leave the keys to the forklift up front. I’ll unload the truck for you too. Lazy…..

Usually this is my Lowe’s store of choice, but yesterday, my experience was pretty upsetting after encountering a female employee in the flooring department. I spent hundreds of dollars and you would think she would not have been so unhelpful, bored, smirky and dismissive of our questions. I felt like she was trying to tolerate two senior citizens that were interrupting more important things she had to do. Please send her to some customer service training.

We were set for a delivery today, I had to pick my son up and told the driver I would be back in 20 mins. He specifically asked what time and told me he would make a few other drops and would be back. I said thats fine, and sent a text when I got back. Instead of him leaving to do those supposed drops. He waited in my driveway until 5 mins b4 HE knew I would be back and then left. My daughter said it was weird they set their all that time until I was literally right down the street. I believe he did this purposefully and thats why he asked when I would be back specifically. I cant stand someone who does things just to screw other ppl over. The fact they give u a 4hr window to be available is ridiculous all together then when u communicate with the driver they decide to be the biggest lair and jerk there is. Im so ticked off with this employee and hope there are consequences for outright lying just to make it look like the customer wasn't there. I told him my daughter could let him in and even offered the neighbor to come over. But instead he assured me that he would just be back later. THANKS DYLAN for ur rare integrity! NOT
