- BPBill PendergraftMar 9, 20261.0If I could leave a negative review I would do so. Went in to drop $300 on a battery powered ratchet. Of course everything was locked up. After 5 min of no help I stopped a gentleman who was working the tool section and you thought I had just kicked his dog. He was an angry man and has no business working retail. I don’t like working either but don’t be mad at the customers and have a chip on your shoulder.

- CScrissy straubFeb 21, 20263.0I have used Lowe's as my primary place to get supplies for projects. Today I went to return some items without a reciept that we didn't use in our last project. They would not give me credit or a refund due to not having a reciept. According to the customer service person they changed their policy at the 1st of the year. Now I will no longer be as loyal to Lowes because of their policy changes on this.

He helped us from the start to the very end with loading. He was fantastic! Then Robert was very helpful and assisted us several times. He was on point! These 2 guys are great at what they do! There were several other staff who helped us and made that experience as pain free as possible. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and treat you like a neighbor. It is awesome! Definitely recommend you go see them!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
