- COCrenshaw OklaOct 17, 20251.03 ovens later. Another dinner messed up. Two Samsungs and a LG. Long day of work in the heat wife wants to cook a nice oven prepped dinner. And the new oven delivered today 3 hours ago won’t heat up. Stove top works fine. No oven. F9 code. Very disappointed. Have checked the owners manual multiple times. Tried to light the pilot no luck. Google says it has an auto lighting pilot. Called to leave voicemail no voicemail available….

Management is completely incompetent me an my 7 almost 8 month pregnant girlfriend went there to pay on our couch an they told us because we order another couch we would have to pay that one even though the manager an assistant manager both said we would pay the price for the one we have now not the price for the new one that payment would be differd till next month. So aarons is a horrible place to rent from. Entirely.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
