    I was in the store Wednesday, April 29. I was looking for something specific and I wasn’t sure where to look so I stopped to ask an employee for help and in the middle of our conversation another employee had come up and pulled him away from helping me to go help another customer and then she walked off, I don’t know her name. I had seen her a few times that day just pushing a shopping cart around the store because of her I didn’t end up getting much help, so I just ended up leaving

    Disappointed in the Owasso location! Found several screen doors that showed on clearance so we were going to purchase. Price above showed $53.00. There was one up there that showed 239.00 you cant read the small numbers to verify assuming the price is correct since there are more than one.. get to the self check out and it rings up $110. Advised the helper and they call a manger. She goes back and says sorry those numbers dont match. I mention there were several there for the 53.00 and said I should get it for that since you cant read them up high and the prices should be on the screen doors since they are wrapped in plastic. We go back there and there isnt one door that comes up to any of the clearence price which is misleading! They even have a worker who said those are a good deal! Pretty bad they dont even know the price of the doors. Needless to say they didnt honor the price and we left without a door! I will not shop there again. This was not the only product that we picked up that was mis-priced!

    I’m going to preface this with the ONLY reason I am giving this 5 star review is because of Aaron back in appliances. We ordered same day curbside pickup on an appliance at roughly 9:45 AM and it still wasn’t ready by 5 pm. We needed that freezer. We went in to try and figure out why it wasn’t available, was told we needed to cancel the order and then we could pick up our item and recheck back out. Aaron took it upon himself to grab the item and bring it out to us. Honestly, Lowe’s has screwed up so many of my orders lately (still sorting out an order from 3 weeks ago in which an item was never delivered and no one can tell me why - store on Yale in Tulsa). But thanks to employees like Aaron, Lowe’s will not completely lose my business.

    I’m honestly beyond frustrated with Lowe’s at this point. As a Pro member and small remodeling business owner, reliability matters — and Lowe’s consistently falls short. Orders are rarely ready when they say they will be. Today alone, we waited well over an hour past the promised pickup time, wasting valuable work hours. This isn’t a one-time issue either — it’s a pattern. Delivery is no better. Scheduled deliveries are frequently late or completely off timeline, which throws off entire job schedules and affects our clients. We want to support a store that supports professionals, but the lack of organization, communication, and respect for our time makes that extremely difficult. At this point, it’s costing us money. Do better.

    I absolutely love this store, but getting help from anyone that works here is non-existent! One evening, Sunday, I waited at the paint counter for someone to mix paint (an hour before closing) and no one ever came. I waited about 20-25 minutes and right behind the paint counter is the customer service desk where 2-3 employees were just hanging out (I get not everyone can mix paint but they could have got on their phones/walkie talkies and called for someone). Another visit, my sister and I needed a 4x8 sheet cut in half and so we waited at the wood cutting station for 20-30 mins. When the associates finally came to help, they didn't know how to use the saw and they called two other people that said no one was there that could help. We went to Home Depot and there were 3-4 people ready to not only saw cut but carry our purchase to a cart and everything else! That was a nice surprise. AND lets talk about my most recent visit to the Lowes paint counter again, luckily someone was there to help, but this time it still took about 8-10 minutes for help to show. All while the announcement is going off overhead over and over and over again. Is there something going on with not having enough employees? Just crazy to me while HD has someone at every station where customers need help!
