    Saw a price online went to go buy the item, when I got there i asked the lady at the self checkout, which was nice, if the price online was right, she asked for a manager. The manager comes acting like his so busy and was acting like I was trying start some issue. I asked him the same thing, online says this but the price here is this. Mind you it is 25% off. And thats what drove me to go out to the store. He clicks and says off see its still listed at the original price, and told me Google sets their own price for them? Im like what so why does it do that if they wont honor that price. He says thats jsut how it google does it. I left and went to home depot where it was 20 dollars cheaper. What a terrible experience, i didnt like how he handled it. Didnt say sorry or anything, just blamed it on Google. We been buying paint and stuff from them too but after this I aint never going to another lowes if thats how they run things.

    You would think if u have something like a dishwasher for sale on display you’d have one to sell . Four different ones showing for sale none to sell so I try to buy the display they say they can’t sell it ?? You need to sell it or take it off display you don’t have any to sell!!!!!! Btw they told me to check another appliance store with my 900 $ bye customer trying to spend 900 we don’t care about customers here is what I see.id fire those two employees .do I’ll go to Home Depot now or somewhere

    I would give ZERO stars if I could. I’ve called 3 times now and every single time I’ve been hung up on before ever speaking to someone! Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

    Went there to buy my dad an oil heater for his bedroom. He is 90 years old and just needed some extra heat because of the winter storm. I asked the associate and he directed me down the aisle. I waved at him and said this is not what I'm looking for and he said well, whatever it is we don't have. We're sold out. You need to go somewhere else. He was very rude and very condescending and did not appreciate that at all. We had gotten out in the cold to go there and shop but at the end of the day we will never return. He was very rude and hateful. I just wish I could have got his name and reported him. Because I am in guest services that was unacceptable.
