    I was given a gift this holiday season (Craftsman Tool Drawers) that was purchased at Lowes.. I went back and purchased the same item hoping it will it would fill my needs.. unfortunately it did not. I decided to purchase the larger drawers that would work better for me.. I brought the two smaller drawers back and I was told because I didn’t have a gift receipt for one of them Lowes wouldn’t let me return it or give me a store credit.. It was a new policy.. I’m not in the habit of asking a person who was nice enough to give me a present for the holidays for a gift receipt. I’ve been buying at Lowes for more then 30 years in three different state.. I called the store and spoke to a manager but no exception was made.. Customer service is everything to me.. So I returned the two items that I had a receipt for. They could have made a long time customer very happy.. Lesson Learned

    Repeated issues with Lowe’s installation services—buyer beware. I’ve had multiple serious problems with Lowe’s installation and delivery services, and at this point it’s a clear pattern. Most recently, I purchased an electric fireplace that was scheduled for delivery Saturday between 1–5 PM. Five o’clock came and went… No delivery, no call, no notice. When I finally called the installation/delivery line myself, I was told the order had been canceled indefinitely with no updates provided to me at all. If I hadn’t called, I would still be waiting. I ended up canceling the order This is not an isolated incident. Last October, I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s. The day after installation, my entire kitchen flooded. They came out five separate times, and the kitchen continued to flood after each visit. I eventually had to return the refrigerator and go elsewhere just to get a proper installation. The refrigerator itself was not defective, the issue was the installation work. Between missed deliveries, canceled orders without notification, and repeated installation failures that caused property damage, Lowe’s installation services have been extremely unreliable. If you’re considering any delivery or installation, especially anything involving water or electrical, proceed with caution. I strongly recommend hiring a qualified professional directly rather than trusting Lowe’s third-party installers. I tried giving them a second chance and got burned again… Will never be using this location again.

    We had a great experience! Ebony in Owasso was our sales representative, and she was so helpful and informative with product selection. Cory and Jules delivered and installed our washer and dryer. They were a great delivery team! They were very careful with our appliances and our home. They were punctual, polite, clean, and efficient! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Great job, Lowe’s team! Highly recommend!

    So frustrating. I purchased a fridge from Lowe’s on 11/25 and original delivery was 11/28. Fridge came with broken shelves, and glass everywhere. Refused delivery. Second fridge came 11/30 with a broken arm and I accepted delivery as I was told I’d be given a replacement arm and I don’t mind screwing it in myself - two screws is simple enough. The post of this is 12/3 and no correspondence. I’ve called the Lowe’s line in the order and everyone I have spoken with has told me it isn’t their problem and I have to contact the manufacturer even though I’m Lowe’s customer. Halfway tempted to go swap handles with a demo fridge with how frustrating this has been. This will be the last item my family purchases from them, and Home Depot, Ace’s or anywhere else will have my next purchase. Attached photos show improper machining for the handle and the broken glass.
