- VGVinnie GorrellNov 30, 20241.0tried to order a tv in September they said it would be 10 days because everything was on back order here it is 2 months later and still nothing stuff was very un helpful at the Owasso location. I've paid a few items off at the 71st Street location in tulsa never had an issue with them but I moved to Turley area and Owasso was closer to my location. they would get 0 stars in my opinion 71st Street location is awesome and always was helpful and worked with me
- MTMegan TrentMar 3, 20171.0I gave them a one because I had to in order to leave this review they won't fix anything when it breaks they destroy your property when delivering when setting up my furniture the guy cut his hand then bled all over my house and didn't clean it up now I'm getting hounded to make a payment that's only 2 days over due when my husband personally called and made an arrangement for tomorrow. Not only did Jason call me 4 times while I was at work today but then while I was working out so I answered I told him I was working out and that my husband already spoke to them and made a Arrangement to pay Saturday he said oh your working out? Like had this negative tone like excuse the hell outta me yes I am! Then I'm cooking dinner he calls yet again saying i missed you today are you gunna make the payment you said you were coming through the front door I said I never said this! I'm pissed the manager is hateful and is so difficult to work with the staff harass you for money. I'm so fed up that I'm going with a different company and this is coming from a customer who has paid off tons of items she's gotten from them and continuned to do business with them. But not anymore! Worst place!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
