  This\nIs a nice and clean facility. I\nAm happy to leave my things in their storage. Sure Wish the elevator didn't break down. That made it hard bringing things in. You get a set of letters or numbers to keen to open the door sure wish it was like the one in Phoenix. It was like the number of your storage and part of your social security number That made it easier to get in instead of looking at it paper for the odd numbers to open the door. Oh, this takes me off.They lock the bathrooms on the weekend.I guess we don't have to pee on weekends.

  Pretty aggravating I paid for a storage unit before office hours trying to be ahead of time I had to hurry up put my things into the storage and hit the road. When I was done paying for everything the automatic email told me I had to go in office hours to gain access and office hours start at 9:30am I’ve been sitting outside the building waiting a hour past office hours was here before it even it opened. Nobody is here … what’s the point of putting office hours if no one come in at that time …. Completely messed up my plans waiting on the late staff ….. if 9:30 am is too early then maybe yall should change office hours to 2pm
