    Was looking for a water filter for my refrigerator. They didn't have it but they told me who did have it. Ace hardware. Great staff. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for they told me who did.

    Bought a new washer and dryer a week ago. The washer will not run full cycle without getting off balance. I called the appliance department and asked if I could exchange for a different washer and dryer and was informed by the manager that since I paid cash I should have returned it within 48 hours. If on the other hand I had used a lowes card I could have exchanged it even up to 30 days. I was not informed of this penalty when I bought it. He did say that there are signs. I would think something like that would be verbalized. Now im stuck with a brand new washer that doesn't work. I will need to contact the manufacturer. To be fair they will send someone out to rebalance. I just don't have much faith in that. Nor do I have much faith and trust in lowes anymore. They wouldn't take a message for the general manager or provide a time for me to call them back. I was told the general manager doesn't respond to customer service questions or concerns. Ugh. Disgusted

    Black pipe organization terrible. Multiple wrong items in multiple bins. I finally just gave up. Appears no one is managing that area
