    Seems like they’re not pulling down the Memorial Day signs for sales because everything marked is not on sale anymore. But it’s marked on sale in store.

    Came Sunday right before Memorial day and it was packed, especially at the paint desk and yet Jalen and Kody were able to work fast and help everyone get their orders filled. This Lowe's always has incredible customer service with the nicest people, makes it the best store to stop by and grab your supplies.

    I was having trouble online ordering as much time as I needed... the only Lowe's that had enough tile that I could order and go pick up, was on memorial road in Oklahoma city. I live in Norman. After about 35 minutes of trying to get someone on the phone that could help me, I finally got an older gentleman on the phone...(I do not remember his name). He assured me he could help me order the tile, I gave him my card information over the phone to pay for my tile. I made the comment to him, that I didn't feel real comfortable doing it that way but he reassured me that they do it all the time and it was just fine. Being a single mom and finally having the money saved to finally buy enough tile for a 226 ft bathroom. I completed the purchase with him over the phone. Picked up the tile on April 4th. Now on May 7th 2026, I was leaving work downtown Oklahoma City, and my phone went off twice, it alerted me that two charges had been made for $191.05 one at 4:03 in the afternoon and the other one at 4:04 in the afternoon from Lowe's #0535. Of course I was frantically trying to freeze my card and get it shut down and at the same time three more charges for $191.05 came through and got declined because I had successfully frozen the card and shut it off. I have called this Lowe's to try to find some resolve on four different occasions. I've been told every time that I will absolutely receive a call back from someone and I have not. Of course I disputed the transactions with my financial institution. But I also need help from this Lowe's and have yet to get any. I know this isn't that big of a deal to a billion dollar company but it is to little ol me. Seems like it's to big of an issue to be able to go look at the cameras on May 7th at 4:03 and 4:04, 4:05, & 4:06 and see who was using my card information and rectify the situation. I promise you whoever has done this, they will do this to someone else. Not cool.
