    I will NEVER buy an appliance at Lowe’s ever again. Unless I plan on wasting my time and never getting what I buy from them! I purchased a fridge and a tv stand on Friday 1/30/2026 and was told it would be delivered 1/31/2026 from 9-1 PM. I couldn’t make the window so I had my dad drive from Enid to be there. Nobody called to tell me that the fridge wouldn’t make it, so I called and was told we don’t have the items but they rescheduled me to Tuesday 2/3/2026 with a 3-7 PM time window. My dad drove down again from Enid to be there. No call or update again and no Fridge or tv console. This is Ridiculous! Whats even more ridiculous is when I call no one can tell me why and I was transferred 3 times. It’s not that difficult! You either have the items or you don’t! Horrible experience and after this is all figured out I don’t think I’ll ever shop for appliances or recommend Lowe’s to anyone ever again!

    Very rude manager, gave me an ugly face because I wanted to return something that wasn’t working that I bought ONE DAY AGO. Purchased a Dewalt 220,000 btu heater from them, I understand that they have posted that you can’t return heaters after the box has been opened but let me tell you it wouldn’t even start up and when it did it sprayed diesel everywhere. Very frustrating, not the fact I couldn’t return it but you just didn’t have to give an ugly face.

    My wife and I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Lowe's on Tuesday, January 20th because they said they would deliver on Thursday, January 22nd. This date is before the big winter storm set to arrive late on Friday, January 23rd. We ordered the refrigerator with the optional ice maker. There was no ice maker included. We paid for delivery and we paid for installation. The dishwasher never left Dallas which Lowes is blaming on the "weather". The weather doesn't start until tomorrow. The refrigerator didn't come with an ice machine and the water was not hooked up, but we paid $167 for installation. Now we are forced to reserve another 4-hour window. Lowe's is blaming the delivery guys and the delivery guys are "3rd Party". They don't know what is going on. Can anyone do appliances? Lowe's can't, and they don't communicate. 1-star
