I paid for a fridge to be delivered next day and I get a call the day of saying it wouldn’t be delivered. When you don’t have a fridge it can be pretty inconvenient. Spent an hour on the phone being passed around just to get sent back to the original number I called, then to have them tell me it either needs to be canceled or redone. Everyone actually at the store was pretty rude too besides they guy telling me there was nothing else to be done. Funny how they do that when they already have your money. I bet they could have called another store to see if they have it. That’s what I did at least. The gist, bad customer service and borderline incompetence.
