Found product I was looking for on the app for $79.00 and it was in store for pickup, I went to the store and it was priced $139, store wouldn't honor the price unless I purchased it through the app even though nowhere on the app did it say online purchase price, so I purchased it through the app for pickup 24 hour ago and still waiting

Don't order appliances without confirmation that they have them in stock. I paid for a fridge to be delivered next day and I get a call the day of saying it wouldn’t be delivered. When you don’t have a fridge it can be pretty inconvenient. Spent an hour on the phone being passed around just to get sent back to the original number I called, then to have them tell me it either needs to be canceled or redone. Everyone actually at the store was pretty rude too besides they guy telling me there was nothing else to be done. Funny how they do that when they already have your money. I bet they could have called another store to see if they have it. That’s what I did at least. The gist, bad customer service and borderline incompetence.

As expected, Lowe’s proved once again how much they SUCK! Ordered a gas cooktop on Black Friday. Waited 2 weeks to go pick it up in the store and NO…. Not there. Not only is the stovetop not there, but they have no idea when it will come in. The fulfillment lady told me to contact a vendor. I said who is the vendor? She said I have no clue, maybe call General Electric because they made it??? Absolutely stupid people!!
