- JDJenny DickersonDec 28, 20251.0I have had one of you property managers scream at me for following the direction I was given by a different employee when I got the keys to my unit. When I got my keys the power was shut off (due to nonpayment) as I was trying to move in and then couldn’t get a hold of the property manager to figure out when the power was going to be turned back on (as I was moving and need to vacate my rental and change my truck rental) and had to go to a different facility to speak to someone about when the power. Turns out I found the regional manager and she said she would call the next day with an answer and she didn’t. The property manager also cancelled my unit sent me whole new paperwork to sign raising my price. When I called him about (because he didn’t call me) he said it was an accident and he fixed it. After all of this there were multiple calls with the property manager were he was just screaming in the phone and hung up on me. Mind you this was all within 4-5 days of me getting my keys. I went back to the regional manager and told her I need to vacate the storage and was not willing to speak with the property manager. She moved to this facility for a higher price and now after 4 months you all raised my rent with very little warning, more than double the rent I was paying and when I asked why I was told you all can do whatever you want so I will never be recommending you to anyone. I have also sent a letter to the owners of this building to let them know of your business practices.
