When I opened my unit, I was hit with the stench of rat urine and feces everywhere. My furniture was torn to shreds by rats, boxes destroyed, cushions chewed through, and everything contaminated. It was beyond disgusting — like walking into a dump. To make things even worse, they jacked up my rent by nearly $100 without a single warning or notice. No email, no call, nothing. Just a surprise charge for a place that can’t even control a rodent infestation. I’ve never seen such a filthy, unprofessional, and careless business. The management clearly doesn’t care about customers or their belongings. If you value your stuff — or your sanity — do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this dump.
