Ordered our chairs at the register, sign said ask for help. He brought a cart but disappeared and made the lady from the register do it.

I ordered some festive Christmas decor and it was set to deliver to my company office. In record time, an order appeared, however, there was a small mix up on the items. No big deal on our end, but I wanted to make sure the items we received made it to the correct home and well, we wanted our items. So, I created a help email, expecting a generic, run-of the mill response...but then Bryce appeared, the Customer Service Legend. Honestly, if helpfulness were an Olympic sport, this man would leave with more gold than Michael Phelps. Our order went from lost to found, to routed, to rerouted. It was probably confused, questioning its purpose in life and losing Christmas cheer, but Bryce would not allow that. Nope, no way, no how. He tracked down our order, got the delivery corrected, AND kept me laughing through the whole thing. There was no delay, whatsoever. Honestly, if all customer service reps were like Bryce, people would start messing up their orders on purpose just to talk to him. Long story short: Delivery disaster: 1/10✨ Bryce at AtHome: 1000/10✨ If he decides to change careers and get out of customer service, crisis negotiation may be his next calling. Thank you Bryce, for all your help. You are indubitably the best!!
