    Got a great deal on some chairs. The lady at the register was super friendly and helpful. Adam the manager was not. He was rude and acted like he didn't want to help us. Ordered our chairs at the register, sign said ask for help. He brought a cart but disappeared and made the lady from the register do it.

    5 out of 5—Bryce deserves a raise, a trophy, and maybe his own National holiday. I ordered some festive Christmas decor and it was set to deliver to my company office. In record time, an order appeared, however, there was a small mix up on the items. No big deal on our end, but I wanted to make sure the items we received made it to the correct home and well, we wanted our items. So, I created a help email, expecting a generic, run-of the mill response...but then Bryce appeared, the Customer Service Legend. Honestly, if helpfulness were an Olympic sport, this man would leave with more gold than Michael Phelps. Our order went from lost to found, to routed, to rerouted. It was probably confused, questioning its purpose in life and losing Christmas cheer, but Bryce would not allow that. Nope, no way, no how. He tracked down our order, got the delivery corrected, AND kept me laughing through the whole thing. There was no delay, whatsoever. Honestly, if all customer service reps were like Bryce, people would start messing up their orders on purpose just to talk to him. Long story short: Delivery disaster: 1/10✨ Bryce at AtHome: 1000/10✨ If he decides to change careers and get out of customer service, crisis negotiation may be his next calling. Thank you Bryce, for all your help. You are indubitably the best!!

    I love this place for home improvement decor and patio furniture for our Edmond Oklahoma home and rental homes . As you can see by the pictures they also have incredible holiday decor.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
