I order a couch and love seat. I took off of work and there still not here. Called the store and was told it is a all day deliver it cost me $200 for lost wages because of delivery. This Aaron's has been polite to me but the deliver time is not business like. Called the store find ETA and they could not tell me. If I was a manager I could give you estimate ETA keep in mind I live right behind the store its no brainer I should be the first delivery.

Still waiting for information on my express delivery. Same story was told I'd receive a call got nothing. Already sent email, contacted store and customer service so don't even go there. The laziness and inconsiseration for customers is outrageous, do you even want business at this point?

Called them a week and a half ago to schedule someone to come look at and fix the washer and dryer I am getting through them. I was told someone would be at my home either the 9th or 10th so naturally I had to take off work to be home for them. No one ever showed nor did I get a phone call. The girl who I spoke too to schedule this wasn't paying attention and I had to state the issue multiple times. I just contacted customer service and they were no help either. I'm sure if I stop making the payments I'll get a phone call as well as pop up visits to my home. I don't understand how as a company they don't understand customer service is key and that's how you keep making money.

Didnt have any issues was always friendly.....now I did joke with them about picking up the boxspring I didnt use for a 50% discount off my mattress but it was only a joke and they always joked back with me on it.....never had an issues with them not once and I have been late a time or two heck maybe a few but never was they rude nor disrespectful its a business at the end of the day so whats understood doesnt and shouldn't have to be explained

I placed a order for a couch that i was expecting to show within 3-7 days had not heard anything until I CALLED the 7th day to locate this furniture to find out there was a delay in the order was frustrating but what was more frustrating was a individual stating they would reach out to schedule my deliver when it was delivered i gave them the benefit of the doubt tracking it myself with a email received it never updated when delivered turns out that furniture was delivered 2 days prior to me calling ON MY OWN TERMS ... AGAIN ... too schedule delivery. I had the day set to receive this furniture today and was told i WOULD BE first delivery on the list I EVEN went as far as calling this morning to confirm i was getting it while they stated they were loading the furniture 5 hours pass its outside my delivery window and here i am playing phone tag to locate whats going on to be told they have to reschedule that they had other deliveries to get too and wont get to mine .. HOW IS THAT EVEN SO if i was told i was TOP OF THE LIST ? Why do you state you call me and there is no trace of call or even a voicemail left to inform me of this ... there goes a day of PAY for me and NO FURNITURE .. i requested to cancel this order and take my business elsewhere ... disappointing .. after waiting all this time .. now im sure i will have to personally call back up there to ensure its been cancelled because i know they wont call me ! I hate to be a KAREN but seriously the COMMUNICATION is terrible here

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
