When they said they would work with you don't believe it. We rented furniture from them and we were paying on our bill faithfully until we had a tragic death in the family which they had no life insurance so of course we had to pull together to pay help pay for a funeral which we all know cost a lot of money and then during this time they said we were fine to keep communicating with them. But yet kept harassing us for payment after we was told we were okay. When we went in there a few months later to let them know we were back on track and to get caught back up on our payments they said they are not letting us make a payment. We were even going to pay our past bill we owed. Butthey didn't want past payment along with current payment they just wanted to collect our furniture. So if you will rent from Aaron's I hope you all don't have to pay for a funeral. Go somewhere else to rent your furniture.

All right I just never did this place five miles away from me and ranch That's the closest one I called him they had special one for the penny down and anyways I talked to the lady she tells me and I make sure to tell her on the phone I'm in a wheelchair I'm handicapped and I got a need to Uber so she said okay come on over I'll get you fixed up. I get over there to get dropped off going in there it's she seen me and she acknowledged as I'm too assist people I help you I got to the computer and did most of what was needed to be done she finished I rolled up here and seemed for me that I needed this in this in this paperwork and hands which it should have told me before I got there right so I just turn around and she called me she's called me like three times now to come back and I won't go back I'll find somewhere else to get my furniture hell it would have been a good deal she said she had the rocker recliner for me it's just the fact that she did not tell me what I needed before I got there so it was a waste and trip wasted money and I can't afford a minute wheelchair handicap fixed income

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
