I contacted the store and told them. They was trying to tell me over the phone how to fix it, & it wouldn’t fix it. He said he would call the manufacturer and find out. well, days passed and still never heard anything. I called the store back, and he said we will give you a rental and send yours in to get repaired. Okay, they did that, when the guys came out to get it they messed my wall up in my house, and told me they would take it off my payment. I called the store a month later because they never took it off my bill and i still had the rental, and they never answered. tried again the next day still no answer. I still have the rental to this day. Thankfully it’s still working. I highly don’t recommend this place.

- NNNelsonDec 9, 20251.0Ahora veo porque tienen mala calificación debía fijarme en eso primero antes de rentar un set de lavadora y secadora, supuestamente el delivery era de 3-5 dias, bueno 15 días después tuve que ir por mis propios medios a buscarlas y luego de eso sale la sorpresa que la secadora no funcionaba (set nuevo). Volví y les hablé de lo sucedido me dijeron 3 días mas iremos a cambiartela, sorpresa fueron solo a buscar la secadora pero no trajeron el reemplazo(pésima comunicación entre trabajadores y conductores). Luego llamo y "sorpresa" el reemplazo tenía que esperar 5 días mas. Wow que buen trabajo hacen acá.

We rented furniture from them and we were paying on our bill faithfully until we had a tragic death in the family which they had no life insurance so of course we had to pull together to pay help pay for a funeral which we all know cost a lot of money and then during this time they said we were fine to keep communicating with them. But yet kept harassing us for payment after we was told we were okay. When we went in there a few months later to let them know we were back on track and to get caught back up on our payments they said they are not letting us make a payment. We were even going to pay our past bill we owed. Butthey didn't want past payment along with current payment they just wanted to collect our furniture. So if you will rent from Aaron's I hope you all don't have to pay for a funeral. Go somewhere else to rent your furniture.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
