- MMMel MooreMar 24, 20241.0Made copies of two keys for 12 keys in all (for work), and none of them work. Each of the copies is thicker than the original, and although they fit in the keyhole, they will not unlock my doors. I have reached out to the company to ask for a refund, so hopefully I hear from them soon.
