Had an amazing experience in the paint section today. Lesley (who doesn’t even work in that section currently but has experience) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She offered to help me when the person who works the section was otherwise indisposed. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me decide which paints were appropriate for my project. She is prime example of what great customer service is!

It did take awhile for us to get service at the paint counter (since they seemed short staffed, potentially due to the holidays?). Luckily the man who serviced us was incredibly helpful, he used a tool to get a perfectly matching paint. Great work!

I purchased a 5-year Lowes protection plan for my Maytag dryer for $129. I've tried to use it and I am still sitting here with a broke dryer. Bad bad bad decision. I will never purchase another Lowe's protection plan again. I have called and called. They use a company called Arkansas Computer systems for their repairs. What a joke! ACS is the sorriest company I have ever had the opportunity of using. Never again will I get caught like this. I will never purchase an extra protection plan from Lowe's home improvement again.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is full of nothing but thieves and scammers. Being charged interest on a closed & paidoff account. Hope I can save someone else from making the same mistakes we did by trusting this company. Never get the credit card unless you like throwing your hard earned money away at invisible fees and made up interest charges.

Customer service has been an issue for years. Didnt used to be. lowes was my store of choice. Spents 10s of thousands there, never again. Tried to check out in garden center, looked all over for price on the shelf for landscaping materials. I take pictures if i can. Got in line, rude lady asked me how much they are. I stated i looked, couldnt find it. She turned and waited on other side, turned back to me asking if i got that price yet. I said its not my job to call someone to help. She turned her back to me to wait on other side. I told her to get a manger, she informed me she was the manager. Went back yesreday 12 8 2025 needed help in plumbing, knew what i needed couldnt find it. Finally asked cashier for help in plumbing, she said what aisle? I said plumbing. She said what number. I said PLUMBING. She laughed and said ok. She called somebody i went back to plumbing, nobody came. Im looking down both aisles. No one!! Finally caught a lady walking by. She tried to help. She finally said they must be out. Poorly managed, no training, dont expect to know all, just try. Wont be back.
