I bought a new whirlpool washer machine in October from Lowes in Norman. The unit allegedly comes with a 1 year mfg. warranty. It started not completing cycles about a 2 weeks ago. I contacted Lowes and they informed me that I had to call the Mfg. for a warranty claim. I did exactly that. Whirlpool informed me they do not have a repair technician in our area and that I need to hire my own. And submit the bill to them to review and they MAY refund me up to $200.This isn't the way a warranty claim works. I called Lowes and they said "we're sorry you're on your own there is nothing we can do for you" I will never shop at Lowes again unless they resolve this issue.

Traveling can be stressful. I needed to fill a propane tank. Trying to find propane can be a challenge.
Lowes sells full propane bottles. You buy their full bottle and hand them your empty bottle.
Might cost a little more, but sometimes its better for easing travel stress.

Dalton M. - Flooring specialist went above and beyond for me!
I had ordered flooring from this location back in 2023 but needed to find the same flooring after a remodel. Unfortunately their systems really had issue finding my order from that long ago.
However he did not give up and tried every method possible to help me get exactly what flooring I had so we wouldn't have to cut a piece out and play the "well I guess this is a close enough match" guessing game. Unfortunately after finding and getting hold of the manufacturer it did come back that my flooring was discontinued but at least we tried!
He was very kind and patient and I felt he truly wanted to get to the bottom of this and help me out rather than implying it was a lost cause from the start. Both him and his associate Morganna warmly helped me.
