    I ordered a tool set online for in-store pickup. When I went to pick it up in the evening, I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back the next day. I called customer service to confirm the order was ready, and when I returned to the store, the staff informed me—very rudely—that the product was no longer available. When I placed the order, there were six in stock. Instead of offering a solution, I was told to drive to another Lowe’s 20 miles away. I requested that the item be shipped to my address, but they refused to help. Extremely unprofessional staff at this location.

    For the most part I enjoy shopping at Lowes. However they are allowing shady sales people to wear a Lowes uniform and pose as their employees to sign you up for an in-home water test. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT WORK FOR LOWES. THEY ARE SALESMEN FOR MOORE WATER AND AIR. These salesmen accosted my husband while he was alone with our children after following them to an aisle. The company in question scams people with misleading information about products and financing. Im very disappointed that Lowes would allow their customers to be scammed like this.

    Strike 1- their paint department advised me to buy marking paint to stripe my pickle ball court. After about a month the paint started fading. At that point, I read the can and it said that this is temporary paint and not to be used for permanent use. The store refused to provide any sort of refund for the 6 cans of paint that I purchased, despite it being their recommendation and despite the time and effort I wasted using this paint. Strike 2- their employees recommended that I try RoundUp 365 after the regular Roundup failed to kill grass in my flower beds. The RoundUp 365 failed as well. They refused to give me a refund or store credit and told me that I would have to take the issue up with RoundUp. Strike 3- several months back I purchased some air filters for future need. Upon opening a package of the filters I noticed how thin the filters were- might as well as use a paper towel over the intake. They refused to provide any refund or store credit even on the unopened filters due to the purchase being over 90 days past. They still sell these filters and I was planning to buy different filters. I am officially done with Lowe's starting today.

    The place was quite empty but it was close to closing time. The few staff that i ask directions from were very friendly and courteous.
