- MYMichael Yandell6 days ago4.0I ordered 3 keys and the kiosk told me I would get a 4th key for free. The machine.worked properly until the 4th key was cut. I heard it cutting the key then it never dropped it into the dropbox. Then ended the session and prompted me to start a new session. The 3 keys I received worked perfectly but I didn't get the 4th key.

It's a minor misuse of the personal information they held my receipt hostage to obtain, but a misuse all the same. Absolutely unacceptable practice given the nature of the business.
