- RNRussell NobleOct 21, 20252.0October 25. So I had a 10 x 10 unit and I needed to upgrade to a 10 x 30. Went down on a Saturday around noon and made the deal with the storage person. He immediately tells me I have to be out by Monday. So I call friends and family, set up help for Sunday. So Sunday comes, we load up everything in three cars from the old unit and drive 300 feet to the new unit. You move it an inch you might as well move it 500 miles. Anyway the convoy pulls up and they still have their lock on and I can’t get in!! Of course nobody answers the phone. Then my van shows up on a wrecker. Worst case scenario. So I put everything back that we loaded and left the van in front of the office. Call Monday, no apologies, no “oops my bad” just when is the van going to move and when is your stuff going to transfer. Work went long Monday into Tuesday so I finally get freed up at 5pm Tuesday night and the girl that I got in touch with just kept reassuring me that if it was not moved that it would be towed. She even told me she had made two phone calls to make sure it was ok to have it impounded. This is my first review. So I feel like I dragged on but these people are not very nice at the 5700 N Classen store in Oklahoma City 73116.
