As long as your honest and stay in contact them they will work with you. My sofa has a few payments left, and the quality has remained the same.. despite my toddler eating and jumping on it. The cushions and pillows are still plump unlike some sofas.. I Very glad I chose Aaron's for my very own personally owned piece of furniture and a way too boost my credit score. If I ever decide to rent something else I will only go here. My entire experience has been good so I won't chance anywhere else

They assured her that they have went over it and made sure it was in good working condition. But upon bringing it home it has had problems since the first time I plugged it in. First It wouldn't shut off at all and now it has froze and won't let me restart or shut it off. It has also popped up an error message saying there is a problem with the system software. Something that should have been checked before reselling it. I feel like when we're still paying more than it would cost to buy a brand new console that your company should definitely make sure there's nothing wrong with it before selling it to anyone else. Very disappointed.

Tried TWICE to take an unauthorized payment, when I have NEVER been set up on auto pay. And that nasty mouth lil Dani has the audacity to treat customers like they did something wrong!! This place is a joke!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
