They jerked me around on my furniture for so long, that I called so many times for updates, that they started leaving me on hold till I’d hang up, or flat ignore my calls. Tried TWICE to take an unauthorized payment, when I have NEVER been set up on auto pay. And that nasty mouth lil Dani has the audacity to treat customers like they did something wrong!! This place is a joke!!

Dani is the worst person I have ever encountered. She’s very rude, and treats customers very poorly. If I couldn’t afford to keep any furniture I would have them come pick anything up the only thing that I had left was my daughter’s mattress. God forbid I couldn’t make a payment these people would non stop come to my house unannounced pounding on my door mind you it’s just me and six year old child which I might mention suffers from autism and it got to the point where I’ve had enough with these people. When I called the store to speak to David about the mattress, Ms.Dani told me that I can’t speak to David and that’s not how it works well I don’t want to speak to anyone but the manager and I lost it. They need to do better at this point instead of being rude if you can’t god forbid make a payment. Showing up to peoples house and banging on doors and being rude to customers is very unprofessional and unacceptable period!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
