    Nothing wrong with the store. But we were struggling to use an E-gift card that work gave us at the self checkout because we couldn't find the location of the pin number. So when we asked for help from the employee he said it's probably not a real gift card if it doesn't have a pin and then walked away... We did find the pin in an obscure location on the app and got it to work, no thanks to that guy. Instead of just assuming that it was fake. You really should have tried to be a little more helpful.

    I’ve been waiting in glass cutting for right at 1 hour and 15 min so far and have walked up front twice and asked for assistance. Nothing. Not sure what the focus is on but if I were to guess it’s probably not customer service.

    Today on 3/29/26 around 6 pm. I had the pleasure of getting to go to my local Lowe's for a Water-Heater. My parents bought one 3 years ago and we were doing a warranty swap. My dad is almost 60 years old and is starting to slow down. I get the policy is you have to have the item your returning with you at the counter but me (his 23 year old son) was in the bathroom while he was waiting in line. My dad wanted to start the process while I went to go get it and they refused to start the process so we got out of line, got it, and came right back. We then had to wait on someone if front of us. Which is fine. The shift manager made me feel like he didn't want to be there. He didn't give me that customer satisfaction vibe. Instead, I had my father feeling like he just got blown off and was getting sarcastic statements. The minute my dad pushed back, he changed his tone and i stepped in and finished the transaction. I then got a gift card instead of just an exchange. Which i get it, Its policy but its a pain. They then gave us a different model of water-heater. I didn't realize it was the wrong one until i had purchased and walked all the way to the door. Then i had to get another gift card so i can get the right water-heater. When did we stop exchanging items and went straight to giving gift cards. Its a hassle we could of been in and out in 15 to 20 minuets instead. I was there for about an hour got sarcastic statements and didn't really get good service. My father has went to the Lowe's in Mustang for the last 16 years not once have I ever had an experience like this.

    As a 10 year plus costumer and spending a 25k - 60k a year today I was marked as a scammer because I put an online order and they cancelled my order without contacting me ,for the second time. The first time was having trouble with my order because they messed up my order, I guess there is a lot of people who work here that don’t know how to count. long story short it took me 2-3 days back and forth to get it corrected. It’s very hard when you work on a tight schedule. I can say this THANK YOU . I guess my dollars are not green enough for this store, but guess what down the street is HOME DEPOT 😉 they like my money and they are cheaper than you and they have way better customer service.

    No product knowledge. Terrible customer service. With the exception of one person. It took longer to find this person than it did to drive there and back to the store.
