    After spending 100's of thousands of dollars in Lowes over the years this one seems deficientely stocked. Also, it's so annoying that you lie to customers faced saying your saw is broken. It's not. There are not enough employees working here, but the ones that do are extremely high value. If I need wood and need it cut, I simply go to Yukon instead.

    Lowe's now has a 48 hour return window for all appliances, so if you are doing a home remodel like myself and do not realize you bought the wrong appliance until a week later, Lowe's will deny your return and tell you tough lick! "Their system won't allow it " Lowe's also no longer does any type of return or store credit to try and get the right product if you buy the wrong one. I had my receipt as well as my Lowe's account app showing proof of purchase, theh did not care. They said I had to wait for a refund that takes 7 - 10 business days. Why has Lowe's went downhill so badly for their valued customers?? I understand no exchanges or store credit without a receipt but with one and still no? That's ludacris!! I spent around 39,000 dollars with Lowe's on this kitchen remodel and I will never buy anything from them again after the experiences I've had trying to get correct sizes and correct product. The appliance return window being 48 hours, but they take 10 days to deliver the product just ensures they have zero risk for them and zero customer service for valued customers. They tell you that you will have to contact the manufacturer and try to get a refund from them. Then you would need to ship the product back to the manufacturer, has anyone ever loaded up a refrigerator in the back of their Hyundai and took it to the post office to ship back ??? SMFH
