- BBBrandon BaileyMar 2, 20261.0I placed an order on the Lowes app on Friday evening. Saturday I get a notification that it was out for delivery. Within 2 minutes of receiving the text that it had been delivered with a picture of the drop off, I called the Muskogee Lowes to notify that they had dropped it off at the wrong address, over a quarter mile from my house. After speaking with fulfillment and the Manager on staff 3 different times, it was never fixed. I drove down to where it was delivered when I returned home from work and of course it was gone. Now after speaking with management 2 different times, it has still not been canceled or refunded.

After several calls they made to me kept saying it was gonna be delivered the next Monday and it never came and here we are in February of 2026. They call today on February 24, 2026 and said they canceled my order and we will not be getting tool.box!!! They cant order one cant get one. Worst place ever to buy from and order from!!!!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
