ABSOLUTELY APPALLED!!! Ordered barn doors and got the confirmation they were in. Showed up and they couldn't find them!! Waited 45 minutes and still nothing. We left and about 20 minutes later they called saying they found them. I called the store to speak to Heather, the nice lady I finally got to try to help while we were there, and left my phone on for 52 minutes and nobody answered the phone!! They were not busy when we had left, but the phone hasn't stopped ringing while we were there and nobody answered it then!! It's freaking ridiculous!!! The managers should be ashamed on themselves for allowing their employees to be so negligent!! Customer service there is a joke!! I attached the screenshot from my phone that shows the number and the length of time for proof!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We placed a $20,000 order with Lowe’s for our new build, and it has been a disaster from day one. We were told our order would be delivered today—nothing showed up, no updates, no communication. We’ve now called the Muskogee store five separate times, as the order is shipping from that location, and each time we were left on hold for 50+ minutes with zero answer. Not one single person has picked up.
We don’t live near Muskogee, so going in person isn’t even an option. We tried calling our local Lowe’s for help, and they told us only Muskogee could access the order status. So we’re stuck in a loop with no answers, no support, and no idea where our $20,000 order is.
To make matters worse, this order was submitted through a contractor account, meaning we’ve spent thousands with Lowe’s and expected at least baseline professionalism. Instead, we’ve received the opposite.
At this point, Lowe’s has lost our business permanently. If this is how they handle high-value orders, I can’t imagine how they treat anything else. Unreliable, unresponsive, and genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever dealt with

Lowes is normally very busy these holidays. This Lowes however very well put together. The workers are nice and helpful and they will always ask you if you need help. I do wish that there was a better sign system for the location of the bathrooms but other than that solid 4 stars 🌟

I have always had great experiences at Lowe’s and the Black Friday buckets did not let me down. I didn’t win the appliance but the buckets had some great stuff in it, great job Muskogee Lowe’s
