    At Home will not be getting anymore of my business. I’m very sad, heartbroken and mad! I ordered a brand new Pre-lit slim 7.5’ Christmas tree after Thanksgiving. Had it up a week and half and the lights started flashing on and off. Then never came back on. I honestly was scared it might short out and catch the house on fire. I emailed them and called them. Was told over phone I had 60 days to return it. So I waited until my doctors appt today, to take it back so I wouldn’t have to make a special trip. Got there with my receipt and tree boxed up, to be told it’s after December 25th so I could only receive 1/2 of what I paid for it. I’m so upset!!! Not only do I have a tree that doesn’t work, there were none in stock to trade it out with. I went to several places today, to see if I could find one on clearance. NONE that would work for my space! Great way to end 2025! Had I known I would’ve taken it back before Christmas!

    Not as magical as last season, it feels very generic now. Customer service was mediocre and items were in stock but just very basic. Still a good place to go for home decor, its just missing the wow factor at the moment.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
