The one and only place I stopped that had Lemmon grass. Everyone was nice and very helpful at this location. One stop and we got all we needed

Seven hundred and thirty-eight days. That’s just over TWO years! That’s how long it took this so-called “industry-leading” company to install a set of exterior doors. Not a custom home. Not a major renovation. Just standard, plain, correctly sized doors—nothing special, nothing unique. What followed was nearly two years of missed deadlines, vague excuses, and zero accountability. Customer service didn’t feel like support—it felt like being deliberately ignored. Calls went unanswered. Updates only came after repeated follow-ups, and even then, they were often meaningless. A word of advice: if you ignore everything else in this review, at least hear this—go through a physical store to make your order, not their online portal. We made the mistake of ordering online, and the store couldn’t help us at all. That left us with no leverage and no real support when things went wrong. And if you’re assigned a salesperson named Matthew Tremblay—run. Expect no callbacks, no updates, and no communication whatsoever. At one point, they assigned an entire “special customer service team” to our case. A whole team. Think about what that says. Even then, the so-called updates amounted to nothing of substance. To be fair, the contracted installation company did a solid job. This wasn’t on them. The real issue was upstream—constant manufacturer errors meant our order kept getting pushed to the back of the line over and over again. By the time the installation was finally completed, the feeling wasn’t satisfaction—it was pure exhaustion. No customer should wait over two years for something this basic. And no one should have to fight this hard just to receive what they paid for. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity—look elsewhere.

This store has gone downhill year after year. Employee morale is obviously low as evidenced by the poor attitudes and lack of service by most employees (when you can find one). This evening, I watched the paint associate belittle an elderly customer for being dissatisfied with a color match instead of offering to attempt a color correction. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes to see what colors were mixed in a paint. I was just trying to see if there was a heavy amount of red and the reaction was as if I offended her or was asking too much. She was mixing one gallon of paint for a man. All she had to do was pull the formula on the second computer while that can was being shaken. After being there for half an hour and seeing her reactions to all customers, my husband and I decided to put our other selections back and go down the road to "The Orange Box" as you all like to call it. When leaving, I mentioned to the cashier at self checkout that the Paint girl seemed to need help and he looked at me with an "I could care less" stare and shrugged his shoulders, all while leaning on the candy rack amd messing with the pick in his hair. No customers for him to watch check out and not a care in the world that his teammate was struggling. I have been a long time Lowes customer and LCC holder. My experience at Lowes runs deeper than just being the customer and it has been disappointing to see this location take this fast of a decline.Sadly, I will be trading in my LCC for an HD card moving forward. This store truly needs a shift in morale, leadership, something.

The worst experience. The return policy clearly states that you can return ANY TREE OR PERENNIAL within 365 days if you have the receipt. I brought my receipt and the entire 5 trees in root ball and all and apparently each store can make up their own rules about it. They refused to return them without the plastic pot they came in or the tag that comes on them. Seriously! Who keeps the pot and the tag? They made me feel like I was doing something shady. I did call corporate and file a complaint. Will not shop here again. It won’t let me post unless I put at least 1 star otherwise I would not put any.
