    I recommend you do not choose Lowe's installation service. I have tried it twice, for a dishwasher and more recently for a toilet replacement and both times my installs were scheduled, rescheduled, then canceled. Very happy with the quality of their appliance products, but the installation partnership with Angi isn't working here in OKC.

    I will never shop here again. I wanted to return a thermostat that didnt work. A girl named Aubry wasnt even available when I walked in. She was too busy on the other end finishing her conversation. Then had an attitude when she walked up, acting like I inconvenienced her. I asked if I could just exchange it for a different one, a more expensive one. She told me they could only return it to my card. She had a bad attitude the entire time. When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, one of her co-workers asked if she wanted to call a male supervisor and she instead asked for Jazmin. Jazmin also walked up with an attitude and rolled her eyes when I was speaking!! I asked to speak with a different supervisor about her attitude and she told me she was the only one there. She continued antagonizing me and showed no grace or compassion. I returned my thermostat. I tried to call to speak with someone about the way I was treated, and no one answered the phone. We will just be using home depot from now on. No more lowes. I can handle it if they were unable to let me exchange a product. I am a very kind and understanding person, but I will not allow someone to treat me poorly for no reason!! No excuse!!

    Honestly I’m a big Lowe’s guy I used to do all my shopping here but this Lowe’s in particular has always been one of the worst ones I have ever visited and honestly wouldn’t doubt that it’s one of the worst ones. Every time I go in there it seems like everyone is having a bad day or something. Don’t recall a single time I had a decent shopping experience here. I love Lowe’s products but it’s the employees here that make it absolutely horrible. I have employees arguing with me all the time and start raising their voice at me trying to make me feel like I’m dumb and in front of my kids which I do not appreciate. I’ve also have had many times where I hear them yelling at eachother. My wife also feels like she is being stared down non stop by the employees there and visually harassed. We have complained many times but to a manager and nothing seems to get done about it or they just don’t care. I am sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this here and I’m done with this Lowe’s. So my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE ESPECIALLY IF NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS. I have told management before and nothing ever seems to get done about it and I’m sick of it. I have the names of employees there that treated me horribly!!!!!

    I was with Two other co-workers. We where buying several hundred dollars with of supplies, 2 of us also had a few items for personal payment. We where treated like thieves pulled back in the store our stuff checked ect. We all left upset and will not shop here again. Homedepot it is from now on.

    DO NOT order online! I ordered same-day delivery and they keep sending me emails every day saying my delivery has been changed to the next day. Every item is in stock. The order hasn't been picked yet and they will not give me any updates. Customer service is no help and says there's nothing they can do. I also placed an order over the weekend for pickup and nobody ever picked it. We want to customer service and the lady working there huffed and puffed and went and did it herself. She made it seem like I was ruining her day when she's getting paid to do the job. Edit: After looking at my bank statement, they double charged me for items I could not cancel and have not issued any refund for the order cancel or double charge!
