Employee came over to where I was looking and proceeded to step in front of me and made a comment about how he was going to take inventory right in front of me. I was extremely offput and let him know that they usually at least have the courtesy to send the secret shopper.

The refrigerator we wanted had to be shipped and wouldn’t be available until after we left our current location. Amanda in the appliance dept truly understood our concerns but felt her hands were tied with few options. She called in her manager, who made a couple of suggestions. Amanda ended up going the extra mile to get next day delivery on a new refrigerator. Kudos to her for going the extra mile to show compassion and coming up with options!
