Look, mistakes happen from time to time. But this one is worthy of attention. My wife ordered 20 bags of rubber mulch we received it the same day, no issues. She realized she needed more 30 more bags on Wednesday 4/8/2026, for delivery Thursday 4/9/2026 by 3:00PM. Email came through around 1:30 or so stating that our order was picked up and was on the way to be delivered by 3:00pm. Nothing came, we called and they said we would receive it by 8:00pm…. Nothing, another phone call and the delivery company said the driver got stuck in traffic! Traffic in Lawton Oklahoma…. Not that much! and it would be delivered by 8:00am Friday morning….nothing, we have called the delivery company and no return calls, called the store several times and no one called us back. Called today Saturday and the lady stated that she couldn’t get the manager to answer. But they sure did take the money for the mulch, I didn’t choose the delivery company Lowe’s did. Yes you. Everything in our garage is blue, Lowe’s is always where we go, but this is completely 100% dropping the ball on a dedicated customer, or what use to be a dedicated customer. This is completely not my wife’s fault. She has cancelled the land scraper that was putting down the mulch, three days in a row.

Just very disappointed coming in there today...my father try to ask 2 employees at the front door a question while they was arguing. While we was trying to find help everyone was looking at devices in there hand or if there was 2 together they just inorge anyone while holding their personal conversation. There was 2 that was moving have carts with counter tops and cabinet that was helping people. But noone help us with getting boards down or window. I did stop at the paint station and a wonderful polite women was busy mixing paint but still answered my question about split units. I didn't get her name. Then all shelf check outs? There was a polite young man up there gave my son a sucker and help my father with the check out cause the boards we got and window. I think his tag said Polite idk if that is his name or not. I appreciate the 2 people that did help us....I was just saddened how it changed with customer service.

Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUT POWER TOOLS OR OUTSIDE TOOLS. YETA or whoever and kenyetta are rude and unhelpful. If what you buy doesn't work and you have the receipt to bad no refunds. Save the headache go to home depot.

They can't keep things stalked, I had to stop on delivery because deliveries are a nightmare.. items are continually damaged when delivered and never on time as scheduled. When you pre-order for pickup the items are never ready to be picked up.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lawton Okla Lowe’s. I also purchased having the old removed. I’m disabled so I could watch everything that was going on during the delivery. When they left I went to the kitchen only to find out they really torn up my door going to the garage.
I’ve Ben told on three occasions someone would contact me. It has not happened in almost three weeks.
