The previous owners were great and I never had any issues, but the new ownership is greatly lacking in customer service. Cons: - Hard to get someone on the phone during business hours. You will always get an answering machine before hearing back from someone. - Website in very clunky and does not show payment history in order to print receipts(see picture) - I previously had my payment set on auto pay, after the transfer of ownership my payment info was lost and I had to pay a late fee the last two months. - They will immediately lock out your unit if payment is late. Late fees and locking out a unit is understandable, but given that this business is newly acquired there should be a grace period to help customers get accustomed to the new system. What is not understandable is not being able to reliably reach a person over the phone and get assistance.
