Lowe’s fire your delivery service you use. They are super unprofessional. I drove 2 hours to meet them for a delivery. And they no showed. Said they called me, but if they did call they were spam blocked, didn’t leave a message and just went home for the day. The delivery dispatch lady I talked to wouldn’t even let me talk and told me I need to figure out how to turn spam block off. Lowe’s your better than this find a new delivery 3rd party company to use.

I hardly ever give 1 star reviews because I like to be fair. This Lowes deserves it though. I have ordered many things and many times an issue. Today was last straw. I have been trying to get someone to sheet rock my office for months, I finally found a good dependable sheet rock guy. I needed sheet rock though. No problem. Lowes carries sheet rock. I have a pro account. I ask to have it delivered 30 pieces 12x4 and a bunch of insulation. Oh they can only deliver 15 pieces at a time. Ok that will get us started for today, deliver the rest tomorrow, What time will they be here. Oh between 8a and 8pm. Ok, I go up to my hot shop without sheetrock and I wait all day. About 6:33p I call them. Oh no one has picked up yet and yes these delivery people will not be able to deliver today and no guarantee tomorow. I just cancelled after dealing with Lowes for years I will just use Walkers from now on. Most Lowes have had good service. I just haven't seen it at this one.
