It seems more and more Lowe's is hard to find someone to help. Doesn't matter day or time either as I have been in all different times. But the weekend, forget it! It's sad really, and then when you finally get what ya need, go up front and you check your own self out too! Sad how things have changed with Lowes

If you’re a veteran, I would not recommend this Lowe’s. The way service members are treated here is very disappointing.
For months my husband has tried to register for Lowe’s military discount through their website, but the ID.me verification keeps failing. We’ve spoken to employees at several other Lowe’s locations and many said they’re aware the system hasn’t been working properly for some people. At those stores, managers were able to manually apply the discount without any issue.
At the Grove Lowe’s, we explained the same situation to a customer service employee. Instead of helping, she immediately said there was nothing she could do. When my husband explained that other Lowe’s stores had manually applied the discount, she still refused and told him he would just have to make an account.
We asked for a manager, and Mariah came over with a very dismissive attitude. After hearing the situation she said, “I’ll do it for you this one time, but you need to figure out the ID.me,” and walked away. She didn’t even apply the military discount she just made the purchase tax exempt.
The issue wasn’t the discount itself, it was the attitude and lack of respect. Veterans deserve better treatment than this. Do better, be better.
We will not be going to that Lowes again, we would rather drive to a different location tbat deal with their disrespect.

Bought a hot water tank that did not work. Had it delivered. Was told if I came in store and purchased another one the exact same they would refund the money for the one that I had delivered that did not work. Not the case. Brought back the one that was brand new that did not work and they are telling me it's a manufacturer problem not theirs.
