Won’t shop there again, and yes I know they won’t miss us. Thanks for reminding me why we like Atwood’s and Home Depot! They mess up every delivery order we have ordered from them. Messed up a flooring order so badly in the Spring that we had to return the damaged product. We had so many delays and days of waiting with no show deliveries, then after days on the phone, they delivered the wrong product and it had to be returned. Then they delivered the right product severely damaged! Like every single box had damage! Could not believe they would actually deliver broken open boxes with damaged product, but they did. Haven’t been shopping there but today I needed plywood, nails, and a plastic canvas to make a cat enclosure. No one else in Enid had these so I decided to give them one more try. Nope! Order was supposed to be delivered by 2:00. Never came. Called and finally got a supervisor that assured me it was late but would be here by 8:30 pm. Again, never came! I’m seriously done with this Lowe’s! I’ve never had a problem with any Lowe’s in all the cities/states I’ve lived in but the Enid Lowe’s is no go for me!!

I've been shopping there for 20 years now and as someone who is self employed and in the construction industry I would know. Over the years anytime I've had an issue with a purchase they are ready to help and always make it right with outstanding customer service and I'd like to give a big thanks to Currin who helped me with the deep freezer last week and a big thanks to the flooring department and the guys in the lumbar yard on the purchase order of materials and loading my truck up thanks a bunch and keep up the good work 👍
