Absolutely the worst storage unit I've ever used. And we've used a few. 1.When you call the number you are connected with a call center with a language barrier every time. 2. Read the contract because they don't refund money. If you move out on the 25th but just paid on the 23rd that's your problem not theirs. Also make sure you let them know in advance you are moving out. We had a death in the family which is the only reason why we came back to the state. You can't plan a death. And we travel the country for work. 3. It is your requirement to make sure the unit stays bug free. And when you tell them your stuff is infested with spiders and you had to leave things behind they will say their is no infestation and spray around your unit. I'm sorry I am not putting spider infested things in my vehicle with my children or pets. 4. Also when you leave stuff in your unit they will charge a cleaning fee but they won't tell you what it is. They said it's different with each location. We placed our items in this storage unit to keep them safe while we traveled. I went in February to get some things out and the unit was fine. We went back September 25th and there were webs and spiders and crickets every where. A majority of those spiders were brown recluse. And there were newly hatched little baby spiders crawling on my husband and I. It was awful. I usually try to see the positive in places but the experience I had with this company regarding me leaving was awful and if I can help anyone else avoid it I will. I've never had this much trouble with a storage company before and it's really concerning that there is no way to contact anyone who actually works at the location. I've tried the number connected to this Google account and it sends me straight to the call center.
