I waited for three different delivery dates and it was never delivered. I talked to numerous people on the phone trying to get the issue resolved and I constantly heard. I can’t do anything at my end. Finally today after numerous phone calls, talking to numerous people, I got a refund and an apology. No effort to make sure that I get a refrigerator today no nothing just you’ll get your money in a couple days. It’s really sad too. We’ve been a customer of Lowe’s for many years buying our gardening supplies, potting supplies, household goods… not anymore. Looks like Home Depot just got himself a new customer.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
