Dumbest thing I ever seen here. Went to the garden section first thing in the morning to buy a lot of bricks. Apparently they don't open until eight o'clock. therefore, there was not a flat cart.anywhere in the garden center. so I had to walk all the way across the opposite side of the store to get a flat cart. go all the way back and get all the bricks and fertilizer. then, come all the way back to the inside to check out. and do you think any of those lazy employees would have offered to give me a hand loading or unloading? not on your best day. thank you, Lowe's I will now go to a different one. I will avoid this one.

This store needs at least 2 security officers, because customers constantly come into the store and get very disrespectful with the employees in the Returns and other cashiers and it takes management too long to handle the situation. Meanwhile grown adult male customers are intimidating female employees. Customers are not always right and management needs to step up hire a security guard for the safety of all EMPLOYEES!!!!😡

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
