    This is my Lowes store and I like it. However I just purchased 15 bags of cypress mulch and when I got home I realized it was rotten, not wet, rotten. It was basically closer to dirt. If you know cypress mulch it is a golden brown, this was dirt brown. I did get a refund for the bags not used, but landscapers need to be aware we may be buying left over stock for a while. One other problem, while I was returning the mulch, the hired help was left with "diddly" to do but I paid them!

    I purchased quite a bit of patio furniture, plus a grill and firepit from Lowe's, with a schedule delivery. On schedule I was given the delivery window and multiple confirmations that delivery was on schedule. So I took off work to be home when I was assured the delivery was going to be. Well hours pass and I hear nothing. Until finally, mere minutes before the delivery window was up that they were changing the delivery to a full week later. So apparently I'm supposed to believe this date is accurate, and once again just wait for them to turn up if they decide to. Or probably just cancel again at the last minute. Contacting the store was no help because the person I spoke to had no idea why the delivery date had been changed. Take your business somewhere else.

    A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Go get yourself some. Today was a difficult day for me. Nothing seemed to be working out well in my favor. Have you ever had one of those days? ⛈️ IT ALL CHANGED WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR OF LOWES. There was Demetrius! His smile could put a halt on any ones rainy day. Customer service beyond belief. A "can-do" attitude. I rarely come across excellent customer service; but, when I do...I think everyone should know it! Not only to commend this wonderful person; but, to get everyone else on board. Can you imagine what this world would be like of everyone had a 10th of Demetrius's "Good Vibes"! Try giving a few smiles everyday. Demetrius....Keep up the good vibes, THANK YOU!

    The store was clean and has much more stock than the one near my house in Shawnee. But the reason I'm reviewing is Stacey T! I was in a different department than hers when she seen me and came to ask if she could help, which she did. I had my puppy and Stacey had treats! Long story short I ended up buying a dishwasher from her. She went above and beyond helping us and her professionalism and kindness is unmatched. She needs a raise!!
