We built our Sactional online and needed to see how it would feel so we made our way to the Edmond location. After 30 minutes, we had our ideal setup built, tested all the infill and covers and, our new couch ordered! When you are looking to spend this kind of money for any high quality setup out there why not get something you built? I can’t say enough about the level of support, friendliness and, genuine care for the customer we felt. I was on the fence with the online order but after speaking with Chase in Edmond we were all in. The demo was great, the atmosphere was great and the ease was great. Would highly recommend this product for any and everyone plus all the forward and backward customizability means as you grow so can your furniture! We look forward to experiencing our new Sactional when it comes in.
