After paying for my $200 order and moving my car to the pick up area, practically nothing I paid for was in stock and then had to wait inline to get a refund- and then also go elsewhere to get the stuff our pool needed. My adult children laughed at me for being overly impatient, then two weeks later one of them was treated so rudely by the same manager. 2 long time clients not going back. Its sad, because they employ nice people there and the old manager who passed away was a pool genius. This guy is not representing the company well. I'll spend my money somewhere else

You are the smartest pool store attendant alive, and I am an annoying customer asking for assistance. Shame on me." Put this guy in the back repairing pumps. I have yet to have an encounter with him that has been helpful or pleasant. I walked in today. Without even looking up from the register he announced to me and the rest of the store, "if you are looking for acid we are out." I wasn't, actually, but I didn't bother to respond or to buy what I came there for either. I just turned around and walked out.
