- JMJustin McCordDec 31, 20251.0I caution anyone that rents here. This place will allow you to store your stuff there for about three months and then we’ll hike your rate up almost by 100%. So far, I’ve had my storage increased twice and what started off at $100 a month is now $300. However, you can either rent a new storage for the hundred dollars you were renting it for and move all your stuff or you can be a new customer altogether and they’ll give you the discounted rate but if you’re a long-standing customer, they’re going to continue to increase your rates and there’s no end to that increase.
