- DADavid AshcraftOct 1, 20251.0I signed a month to month lease for $49 per month for a tiny 10’ x 10’ storage unit. Everything was fine for 3 months until I received a letter that my monthly rate was doubling to $87 per month, starting in September. I only paid that outrageous fee for one month before moving out a few days ago. Bad business!!!!! I pay $50 per month for a 10’ x 16’ storage unit with another company and my rate hasn’t changed in 3 years.
