They told us that it would be fine and that they would meet with us to conduct business. Tell me why I was instructed to come on Sunday and they’re CLOSED. Management did not respond to us in an appropriate timely fashion and the hours online are very misleading. I scheduled an entire weekend around this, which was very inconsiderate and inconvenient given the fact that we had already agreed with them the day and time that we would be coming by. Our family emergency that happened yesterday was rushed so that we could make it to the office today. After speaking to their ring door camera twice, was told to wait for a call from management within 15 minutes, and making a trip across towns, I find this company and/ or location to be very unprofessional and incompetent (expect for the second lady on the doorcam that helped make a claim for us). We will not be doing any additional business with this company in the future and will warn others about their issues when given the opportunity.

I rented a unit here at a promotional price. 2 months later, they mailed me a tiny card saying they were DOUBLING my monthly payment. They will get you in a unit and a month or two later jack up the prices thinking you will pay double to keep from being inconvenienced to find another storage facility. Or not notify you at all and jack up the price.
