I was helped by Randy, Christie, Denver and Ethan. Team was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The products were in stock and now looking excellent around the south side of my home. I walked past Ethan, Lea, and a few other associates, and they just looked at me and kept walking, some were even on their phones. I finally had to ask for help, and the guy pointed me in the wrong direction. Luckily, I spotted what I needed while searching for another associate. Considering I've spent around $5,000 to $6,000 in the last week, I don't plan on spending much more here.

He was throwing away perfectly good plants, and when I politely asked if I could purchase one, he refused — saying they were “off the system” and had to be trashed. I even suggested donating them instead of wasting them, but he just said they had to be thrown out. It’s frustrating to see such waste when those plants could easily be donated to a community garden, school, or someone who would care for them. Lowe’s should really reconsider its policies — or at least train employees to handle these situations with a little more respect and compassion.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
